Celebrating Harvest
Stormont was filled with warmth, music and community spirit on Thursday as families joined us for our annual Harvest Festival in the newly refurbished Pearson Hall.
It was wonderful to welcome so many family members, who filled the hall to enjoy a celebration of gratitude and generosity. Each class took to the stage to share a song or poem, showcasing the girls’ confidence, creativity and enthusiasm. The atmosphere was wonderfully positive, making it a special occasion for our whole school community.
We were also incredibly grateful for the generous contributions made by our families. These were shared with Potters Bar Food Bank, Cuffley Day Centre and Sixty Plus Club, helping to support people in our wider local community.
Our Harvest Festival was a lovely reminder of the importance of coming together, thinking of others and making a positive difference beyond our school gates. Thank you to all our families for their generosity and to the girls and staff who helped make the celebration so memorable. A special thank you also goes to our Parents’ Association for their support in organising and displaying the generous donations, and for ensuring they were distributed to our chosen recipients. We are very grateful for their time and help in making the Harvest Festival such a success.
