Music is taught on the school curriculum by our enthusiastic and creative teacher, Mr Pegden.
In addition, we have peripatetic teachers who visit daily to teach anything from saxophone to the recorder. These lessons are charged for termly and are on a revolving timetable during the school day. It is a requirement that they have their own instrument and in some cases they can be hired through the teacher.
You will be advised if your child is ready to take an exam through ABRSM, we are very pleased with the level of success for our girls who have taken exams whilst at Stormont.
